Lots of good food. Lots of people looking lost and in need of inspiration. Lots of people who don't know how the self service checkouts work and only one member of staff to assist. Lots. Make sure you have plenty of time spare for this particular shopping excursion, especially if your purchases include alcohol.
Should have a clearer VEGAN section!!!!
A good small ish store at the back of the shopping centre. It offers a good range on quality items but you will pay for them. The best thing about the shore is it's open late and is good for getting your wife some flowers when you have said to late at a works do.Most people would not know this shore was here as it is very out of the way. So this means that the shop is often very quiet which I like.
Usual high quality food
Very poor vegetarian section
Consistently awful
Very quick at check out
Typical franchised Marks. Check the end date on your purchase. You may be eating a week's groceries in one night.
Good food and great variety
Useful food shop. Plenty of takeaway items for journeying from Paddington.
Everything we wanted for our return journey - chilled champers & snacks 😁
Has all you need and expect from a M&S food hall.
Smart looking outlet. Snacks, drinks, chocalate and baked items are their core products here. Tempting combo offers, like sandwiches and drinks combo .. £3.50 meal deal includes a sandwich, snack and drink. Check out their 2 for £3 on handcooked crisps. .. and pre-mixed drinks, they do a good range of gin and mixer pairings: cucumber and mint is a refreshing choice for the traveller.
A well stocked store with all the usual delights.
Long que, as the self checkouts were not positioned in an optimal eye line, so you can't see if one is free. The staff however are very polite and helpful.
Poor customer service. Despite using this branch at least 4 times a week was denied entering being 5-6 minutes from closing but more disappointedly other customers entered 30 seconds before me. Won't be returning to this branch in the future. Will use sainsbury next door and save some money.
Good & Nice place.
Not quite managing to meet any of the things I need it for, and very dark.
Great selection. Great prices. Great location
Nice little shop to get some supplies in the midst of a long train journey.
A lot more on offer and friendly service.Staff are helpful
Slow and rude staff. Waited 5 mins to get alcohol approved why she served everyone else who waited around 30 seconds. No apology or word uttered
Not great. Too automated, silly entrance system, no staff to serve coffee. Won't use again
No different from any other M&S food store. Thankfully!
M&S can never do any wrong in my eyes
Hidden away in the shopping area at Paddington train station. It is a reasonable size and has a good select of food.
this branch was well stocked and all I required was available this made the visit to the branch quick and easy thanks
Very expensive £1.85 for a bag of sweets I just don't think m @ s wants new young customers
Wanted to say that the staff at Paddington Station M&S have restored my faith in humanity. On Thursday 5th lunch time I visited the cash point just outside the store and withdrew £50 cash. I bought a few things in the store with a card not cash and when I was on train 15 mins later I no longer had the cash , and concluded I had lost it in the store or on the concourse. So that was that, all was lost.I traveled back into Paddington the following day more that 24 hours later. and having no hope at all that the cash would have been retrieved, I thought I’d go and ask at M &S just in case. And what do you know the staff of someone had found it, and the staff had put it in the safe and were able to return the £50 cash to me! Who’d have thought!!! All is not lost. I hope Management will treat the M and S team who were on duty on 5th/6th December well at Xmas.
Big, a lot of products, good prices and Clean.
Handy shop if you using Paddington Station.
It's fine for what it is. Always busy, bit cramped. Typical station M&S
Close to station, conveniently located.
Very good Quality products and food
All you need to stock up on before jumping on the train. Could do with a few staff on tills for those who don't like self checkouts
A good selection of stock considering its a relatively small station store.
Dreadful, most un-British M&S experience I have ever had. Unattentive staff, mostly chatting to each other in their own languages. This is not M&S I have known and used for decades. Probably a poorly managed shop, I can't believe you can't find good managers who are friendly, kind and who pay attention to detail. You need to teach your staff Britishness as you are essentially a traditional British store and brand name. Customers need to feel this when they come to your Paddington station store
Perfect for grabbing some food on the go.
Good store with lots of variety. Has self serve counters so handy if in a hurry. Very helpful staff.
Great location. Has all the essentials.
Not expensive
Decent you know!
excellent run store small yes but still with plenty of fresh produce and staff who work well together maintaining high standards
Nice store a bit small but you can definitely find something to eat or drink.
A small Mark and Spencer food store , where u can find alsmot everything about snacks and food.
Good varietySlightly expensive as compared to normal M&S like their all station branches
Usual excellent M&S selection
Costumer service was terrible by shop assist. Rude lady with very bad behaviour. I ask for help, she said: you have to ask someone. I asked someone: HERVery disappointed
Great location and good selection of essentials, food and drinks for its size
Nice food but why are all the self checkouts closed and only two staffed checkouts?
